Refund policy

Many of our beauty products are all natural and handmade and for sanitary reasons MOST Sales are Final! 

We do understand that things happen and we at LanaBeauty stand by the quality of our products. We offer refunds and/or exchanges on items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.  If you would like a  full refund or exchange it for the same item, you must contact us via email at shoplanabeautyco@gmail.com with proof  within seven business days.

If you are approved, then your refund and or exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
